Step 01 / 05
Every project starts with a conversation. We learn what you're building, who it's for, and what it needs to achieve. We ask the questions other suppliers don't, because the details at the start are what prevent the problems at the end.
Step 02 / 05
Your brief becomes a precise product specification: materials, finishes, tolerances, lead times. Our team draws on deep category knowledge across millwork, furniture, signage and lighting to make sure nothing is left to interpretation.
Step 03 / 05
With the drawings approved, production begins. Our craftspeople build to the specification, and only to the specification. We hold our factories to standards our clients cannot enforce from the other side of the world.
Step 04 / 05
Before anything ships, we inspect it. Our pre-shipment quality control checks every order against your approved specification, finish samples and agreed tolerances. Problems are resolved in the factory, not on site.
Step 05 / 05
We manage logistics from factory floor to final destination: shipping, customs clearance and delivery to site. Our project team stays across every milestone, so you always know where your order is.
